1. Your Restaurant/Business:  Co-Executive Chef at 279 Bar & Grill in Luzerne, Pennsylvania

2. About Your Kitchen: Very small for the kind of food we put out. Flat top, convection oven 6 top burner

3. Your Favorite Chef Works Item: Premium (Egyptian) Cotton Chef coat. I love the feel of it and how it fits tailored to my build.

4. First Job: My first job In a kitchen was when I was in the United States Coast Guard in 1996.

5. Your Favorite Cookbook: I do not have my own yet, but my favorite is Anthony Bourdain’s “Kitchen Confidential.”

6. Your Awards: I have multiple Certificates of Appreciation for a lot of Charity events I have been involved with helping those in need. I am also involved with an organization called Bullying: We’re Kickin It which helps children that have to deal with bullying issues.

7. Your Cooking Inspiration: It comes from within myself, when I am in a kitchen creating different things that I create to share with guests is kind of an outlet for me to utilize my creativity

8. Your Speciality Dish: Pan Seared Scallops, Wasabi Cauliflower Purée, Roasted Corn Red Pepper Salsa, Peppadew Gastrique, Micro Greens

9. Favorite Dish To Eat: Honestly…. Pizza

10. Weirdest Thing You Ever Ate: I am still on the hunt for the weirdest thing, but I am willing to try anything.

11. Favorite Ice Cream Flavor: Strawberry Cheesecake

12. Favorite Drink: I’m not a big alcohol drinker. I like to stay hydrated so I drink a lot of water, Gatorade and on occasion a Monster Energy drink

13. Favorite Wine: Not a huge fan of drinking wine but if I had to choose one it would be Pinot Grigio

14. Who Would You Most Like To Cook For: I’ve already cooked for Gordon Ramsay when I appeared on Hell’s Kitchen, Season 11 and a cooking challenge against Robert Irvine, next would be Anthony Bourdain.

15. Who Would You Least Like To Cook For: Basically anyone who is not willing to try something they never had before.

16. Favorite Things To Do When Not Cooking: I absolutely love spending time with my 5 year old Daughter. She brings out the best in me. I also love going to the gym.

17. Your Latest Project:  I am currently working with a company called 5 Star Chefs and we have a lot of things in progress and also putting together a culinary tour to different states and cities.

18. Favorite City and Why:  New York.. There is no place better to me. The streets make you feel alive.
